Practise Facilities The practise facilities at Manchester Golf Club are first rate. There are two Shapland Colt practise greens with bunkers at the entrance to the club where you can work on your short game, all day long. The driving range is perfect for loosening up before you play or for honing in on your long game technique. There are five covered bays and numerous grass bays that enable you to play practise shots from realistic lies rather than just off mats. The putting green is well located in front of the clubhouse and next to the first tee and we also have an all-weather putting green in the Golf Performance Centre where you can practise your putting in even the most inclement weather.

The Practise Facilities are available to Members, golfers taking part in tuition with House of Golf staff and we also have an Academy Partnership which is open to golfers who would like to use the club's facilities.

Academy Partnership in 2009 is only £125 per annum

Academy Partnership is designed for the player that would like to take advantage of Manchester Golf Club's fantastic practice facilities without becoming a full member of the club.

Cardholders are entitled to:

Use the driving range 7 days a week at current member's rate
Practise on the two short game areas including Harry Shapland Colt Greens
Access to the Golf Performance Centre at current rates
Discount off food & beverages in the clubhouse
Discounted Green Fees
